Fee covers research and booking for all aspects of the trip including car rental, transfers, hotels, airfare, tours and private guides. All planning fees are non-refundable in the event of trip cancellation.

Late Booking (2 weeks notice or less) - $250
Airfare
Nick Running Travel has access to many discounted and privately available fares, and can purchase any publicly available fare. Airfare booking is included with every Custom Travel Planning fee.
Booking Fee (For clients only booking airfare) - $100
Change Fee - $100 per ticket*
*Airline may also charge a separate fee depending on fare class booked
Hotels
Nick Running Travel is often able to offer perks such as $100 food and beverage credit, late checkout, room upgrades, etc. For more info on partner hotels see our Preferred Partners page.
Client already knows hotel and dates - No Charge for bookings over $1,000
Client needs recommendations - $50
